Matt Tapscott

Matt has had a long career as an entrepreneur and Real Estate investor. His business development, marketing, and Real Estate experience combined to build a company that addresses and satisfies the needs of customers in the demanding world of Real Estate. Specifically, Matt has developed expertise and gained personal experience relating to short sales or sometimes referred to as short pays.

“Understanding the nature of banks and loss mitigation procedures are the most important factors outside of the homeowner having the courage to make a decision before it’s too late” Tapscott says. "I know this by way of my own personal experience!"

In addition to his 20 plus years in Real Estate, Matt has launched retail pack & ship outlets in Los Angeles, an import company and small software company for the indoor air quality industry. He has cycled through several countries in Asia and across the northern tier of the United States. Matt is a full time resident of Palm Springs.

Jon Gregg
Broker, co-founder

Jon has been understanding the needs of consumers and creating solutions around the world for nearly 15 years. Initially, he created and launched global communications platforms for Citibank, American Express, JP Morgan Chase and HSBC. From there, Jon helped to build Yahoo's global sales revenue from $50 million to nearly $1 billion and went on to the early launch of a UK based technology company which has since executed a successful public offering.

Jon has dedicated his extensive background in sales, marketing and business development to the world of Real Estate since 2004. In that time, he has successfully managed over $150 million in Real Estate transactions engaging with buyers and sellers across North America, Asia, Western Europe and the Middle East.

Deborah Arce

Debbie first started getting involved in real estate investing in 2003 when she joined a local investment group in San Diego. She quickly found that she had a unique knack for understanding the financial aspects of the business, and immediately started helping her family members and friends develop and expand their real estate investment portfolios.She ultimately decided to get her Real Estate license in 2008, and has enjoyed the rewards of helping others achieve their real estate investment dreams.

Living in North San Diego County, Debbie generally handles real estate transactions for Expoint in the border regions between Riverside County and San Diego County.She has also worked in the Palm Springs area since 2005, and she understands well the Palm Springs and Coachella Valley real estate markets.

Debbie has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems from 1986, and started her own multimedia consulting firm in 1995. She has worked as acting Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer for various software and internet video technology companies throughout her career. She is also involved in legal video support and services for trial attorneys.
